One Month Coaching Plan (Subscription)

$150.00 every month

As part of the monthly membership, you will get the following:

  1. GOAL SETTING: We’ll discuss short and long terms goals in order to keep you focused, motivated, and accountable, while allowing us to set out an appropriate training plan.

  2. TRAINING SCHEDULE: Workouts are provided in one week blocks with a detailed description of the workout, including duration, intensity (pace/effort), and recovery.

  3. COMMUNICATION: You will have unlimited email and WhatsApp communication with your coach as well as unlimited revision of your training program.

  4. ONLINE TRAINING DIARY: You will have access to the Pace & Mind online training diary through TrainingPeaks where your workouts will be posted on your own web page, and you will be able to enter the details of your workout for analysis by your coach. You will be able to post your run data and comments here for analysis and tracking.

  5. RACE PLAN & ANALYSIS: A pre-race discussion detailing racing strategy, including goals, pacing, nutrition and mental focus and a post race analysis of how your race went to learn and grow from it moving forward.

  6. REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: A GPS watch.
