Coach Kate Van Buskirk is an internationally accomplished athlete, bronze medalist at the 2014 Commonwealth Games and Female Athlete of the Year as awarded by Canadian Running.  She has been running competitively for 15 years and has travelled the globe in her athletic pursuits. She has achieved tremendous results as a runner and looks forward to expanding that success to her coaching role with Pace & Mind. Her passion for running extends beyond her own athletics to the entire running community, with whom she loves being connected.
